It is about 700 metres from the beach and the Matteotti seafront, 500 metres from Pescara hospital and close to the pedestrian area, the central shopping area and the lively Indoor Market, popular for its many bars and restaurants which animate the nightlife.

Abruzzo International Airport can be reached by bus in just 20 minutes.
